Interviewers.

Interviewers are employed professionals who partner with Entangld to interview candidates in their free time. They receive a monetary compensation in return. Any employed professional who meets the Entangld Interviewer Selection Criteria (EISC) can sign on to the platform and start interviewing candidates.

1.  Every interviewer can select up to 3 skills and 2 roles for which he will be allowed to conduct the interview
2.  Interviewers cannot choose a candidate on their own. Instead, they are assigned to a candidate at random by the Randomized Interview Matching System (RIMS)
3.  The identity of the interviewer is hidden from candidates. Only their designation and place of employment is visible.

Candidates.

Candidates are job seekers who can get interviewed on the platform in return for a fee.

1.  They can interview for one skill or role at a time.
2.  These interviews become part of the Candidate's profile on Entangld.
3.  When the candidate matches a job profile, companies can listen to all the interviews made visible on the Candidate's profile.
4. Companies can initiate a call with desired candidates directly on the platform.
5.  Entangld provides detailed interview stats:
   • Views: Reflects the number of times your interview was heard.
   • Shortlists: Count of companies which have shortlisted your profile.

Interview Setup.

Every interview is a 30-min online video call between the Interviewer and the Candidate.

1.  The call is fully recorded and transcribed.
2.  The interviewer is free to evaluate the candidate in his own style, and so the nature of questions and tasks can vary across interviewers. This is meant to represent how interviews work in the real world.
3.  The interviewer provides his review of the candidate in words and also assigns a single score indicating how hirable the candidate is at the specific interview level.

Randomized Interview Matching System (RIMS).

At Entangld we endeavor to build a platform that companies can trust. RIMS is built to ensure that the platform cannot be abused or hacked by bad actors.

1.  When a candidate chooses to interview for a skill, an interviewer is allocated at random from a pool of interviewers associated with that skill.
2.  Note that the candidate cannot choose his interviewer, and in fact never learns the name or the facial identity of any interviewer on the platform.
3.  The price chosen by this particular interviewer is presented to the candidate. If he accepts, the interview proceeds.
4.  Any sharing of contact information by either party is strictly prohibited during the interview.
5.  Since the interview is being recorded, any violation of this policy can be detected.
